GenKITS – Generative AI in IT-Service Providers

[smartslider3 slider=“2″]

The GenKITS project uses large language models and generative AI to develop AI agents to support and automate complex business processes. A “GPT Orchestrator” enables employees without programming skills to create their own AI applications in a low-code/no-code environment. Techniques such as prompt engineering and conversational design are used. The aim is not only to optimize processes, but also to provide further training in the field of AI. It also enables the integration of models such as ChatGPT into existing systems via APIs. The orchestrator is provided as open source technology.
